This is a medium-sized, beautifully aged, hand-hammered singing bowl with thin walls, a rectangular shape, and a luminous golden finish from more recent polishing. Subtle hand-etched hash marks, exterior texture, and traces of oxidization beneath the shine reveal it's age and handmade history.

When struck with a woolen mallet, this bowl rings with a fundamental tone of B (~126Hz). While the fundamental tone provides its steady voice, the bowl also produces a spectrum of rich overtones and harmonics that add depth and complexity to its sound.
